Danielle meets with the client and project team to understand the story, brand, design, and vision for the space. Together, they identify artwork locations, budget, and timeline. Floor plans, elevations, and design references are reviewed to align all parties.

Based on the identified artwork locations, Danielle prepares a cost proposal and initial artist concepts. This includes a visual direction to spark inspiration and align client and designer with artwork possibilities.

Danielle creates a formal artwork proposal with specifications, configurations, and pricing for each piece. This stage includes artist outreach, availability checks, and mock-ups. Framing and display suggestions are also provided.

Danielle presents the proposal for client feedback. Up to three rounds of revisions are included. Once artwork is approved, the client issues a purchase order and pays the initial deposit to proceed.

With the deposit in place, Danielle manages all logistics to order artwork and oversee commissions. Artists share progress updates, while Danielle ensures the project stays on schedule. The client provides final approval of commissioned work and pays the balance prior to shipping.

Once the final balance is received, Danielle coordinates shipping and delivery to ensure safe arrival. She also works with local installers to support a seamless installation.
