Avalon Bay- Governor’s Park 

Project Description:

This multi-family property, located in the heart of Denver, features a curated artwork collection that reflects the history and charm of the Governor’s Park neighborhood. The client sought whimsical pieces that subtly reference the area’s literary, architectural, and mountainous heritage. The art package includes four murals, two mobiles, eight custom commissions, and approximately 100 reproductions. A carefully selected color palette of neutrals, metallics, and merlot ties the collection together, adding both warmth and sophistication to the space.
